TI AM623x/ AM625x is a high-performance, ultra-efficient processor collection, which is the latest high-performance low-power processor collection launched by TI, featuring up to 4x ARM Cortex-A 53 cores, with a maximum speed of up to 1.4G Hz, and integrates a Cortex M4F MCU with a frequency of up to 400MHz and an R5F real-time processing unit. TI AM623x/ AM625x application processors include an integrated power management module, reducing the complexity of external power supplies and simplifying power-up sequencing and a graphics processor (AM625x) compliant with OpenGL ES3.1 and Vulkan 1.2 and a PRU subsystem. At the same time, the AM62XX integrates a rich set of peripheral resources. Depending on the positioning of the CPU sub-model, it can have up to 1 *LCD controller, 1* LVDS, 2 *RGMII, 2*OTG interfaces, 3* CAN -FD, 1 *CS interface, 3*SPI, 3*SDIO, 9*UART, 6*I2C, 5*SPI, 3*MCASP, 3*PWM, and 2x PRU subsystems.
